Defective Product (Death on Arrival)

Defective product, properly noted damaged product and returns that are the result of a Point A Tech’s error may be replaced at our expense, subjected to other provisions of this policy. Transportation fees will be paid for by Point A Tech.

5 Year Warranty Policy (Full Warranty)

This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. The warranty period for items purchased from Point A Tech is 3 years from the invoice date. During the warranty period, Point A Tech will repair items at no charge. Customers are required to pay a one-way freight charge. All returned units will be shipped back within 2 weeks.

After 3 years until 5 years from the invoice date, customers are required to pay for parts & labor. Customers are also required to pay for both transportation charges. All returned units will be shipped back within 2 weeks
